On May 22nd, we upgraded the billing and account management software. The management of this new software is superior in nearly every way to what we were using. We also think that the client portions (the part you see) of the interface are much easier and more friendly to use than the old one. Please let us know what you think?
As part of the upgrade, we painstakingly went through and validated much of the information on each account. We're pretty sure the data we migrated over is accurate but if you suspect any discrepancies, just let us know and we'll get them taken care of.
